Performing Arts Awareness Case Study

OBJECTIVE: Provide support to the Denver Community through the Performing Arts Project.

BACKGROUND

Viewmark supports the performing arts. We're primarily a web design firm, but it seems like there is always someone involved in some sort of performing arts project. By supporting their efforts we are helping the community and our employees at the same time.

CHALLENGE

Create a promotion strategy for a new music theater production "WYSIWYG the Musical".

SOLUTION

Jeremy Bullmore once said "Brands are created like birds create nests". With that in mind, we provided a online brand identity awareness strategy for the new musical WYSIWYG (WIZ-ee-wig) with a roadmap for success in a highly competitive market.

Over the the last few years, WYSIWYG the Musical has collected twelve award nominations for musical theatre excellence, including: seven Regional Broadway World Awards and five Off-Broadway Awards. In 2020, it was selected as a Finalist for the prestigious RAVE Theater Festival in New York City. Today, thousands of visitors from 95 different countries come to the website each year.

Theater professionals use the site as a launching point to access rehearsal materials when performing the work. There's a large presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram & Twitter, a News Blog, Live Performances on YouTube, and a large repository of audio tracks located on SoundCloud.
